'The Hydrogen Economy'

Hydrogen may well become a preferred energy source in the future. Produced electrolytically using wind or solar power, hydrogen can replace natural gas or crude oil but faces the challenge of developing new distribution and storage facilities. This lecture addresses the many technical and economic issues involved in advancing this technology

We meet on the 3rd Friday of each month from September to May inclusive at 7.45pm at Mycenae House

We usually meet in rooms 7 or 9 on the first floor

Visitors and Members

Visitors are always welcome and are requested to donate £3 to the Society, or you can join for £15/year (single) £24/year (joint at the same address) or £5/year as a student

£8 per year if joining after 1st January


Guest speakers are leaders in their fields.  Lecture content is suitable for those with an interest in science and technology
